Allergies
Please note that all these allergenic ingredients are used in our kitchen at all times; we are not a specialized catering service to manage allergies so we strongly advise you if you have allergies or dietary restrictions to deal with a specialized caterer to avoid any dangerous incidents, and it is the responsibility of the child's guardian or parent to ensure that each dish or ingredient can be consumed.
PEANUTS, NUTS, SESAME SEEDS, FISH AND SEAFOOD, DAIRY PRODUCTS, EGGS AND KIWI SOY ARE USED AND PRESENT IN OUR KITCHENS SO WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABSENCE OF TRACES OF THESE ALLERGENIC FOODS.
We assume no responsibility for any physical or other reaction following the ingestion of a meal. Responsibility lies entirely with the parents or guardian of the child with any known or unknown food allergies.

When should I order?
Orders are taken weekly.
When the menu is available, you will receive an email stating the order deadline for the period. Reminders will be sent to you subsequently, so that you don't forget to order. You must confirm your order by email at evenementabyrose@outlook.com or by message on our Facebook page Événement AbyRose. You have until Friday of the previous week to place your order for the following week.
Ordering policy, payment
and delivery
It will not be possible to place an order after Friday.
Access to the weekly menu and ordering process will be available on Mondays of each week.
AbyRose Event will do everything to deliver a high quality product to you and ensure your satisfaction in accordance with this policy.
Payment Terms
Payment for the entire order must be made upon the first delivery/pick-up by Interac transfer, cash or credit card. For Interac transfers, you must send them to the following email address: evenementabyrose@outlook.com and it is very important to indicate caterer as the password. Événement AbyRose reserves the right, for reasons specific to it (exceptional events, exceptional weather conditions, disasters, strikes, demonstrations, attacks, etc.), to refuse
an order validated and paid without notice. To do this, it will contact the signatories as soon as possible, to agree
terms of postponement or reimbursement of the order. This cancellation will not give rise to compensation or indemnity.
For all meal cancellations, no refunds will be made, only credits.
Do you have liability insurance?
AbyRose Events hold liability insurance and can provide proof
on request.
Do your facilities comply with MAPAQ requirements?
AbyRose Event Food Services holds
a permit issued by MAPAQ and their facilities have received approval from the Ministry for their impeccable compliance.
